at home, a summer reading program for a
summer school age child program or a
themed set of activities for any setting! The
Ten Terrific Weeks program helps
parents, grandparents, teachers, home
educators, day cares, and after school
providers make learning fun and
exciting!
Each
Ten Terrific Weeks program
includes:
- a themed set of Usborne
books
- educational activities for
10 weeks, approximately 30-60
minutes/5 days a week
- a curriculum with unit
topics for discussion/journaling
- additional correlated
activities
- any needed worksheets
- a complete shopping list for
any supplies or food (if needed)

of Ten Terrific Weeks
is a fun summer activity
program for kids because
the children are home
from school and often
lack ideas of, "what to
do?" Now they have a fun
summer program to look
forward to each day.
The Ten Terrific
Weeks reading
program is designed
using books with
age-appropriate
interactive ideas to be
used on a daily basis
for 5 days of the week.
However, each activity
usually takes an hour or
less, so you can choose
to use the kit with your
child only on weekends
and accomplish several
ideas in one sitting.
The Ten Terrific
Weeks program could
also be used during
Thanksgiving, used more
at Christmas break and
again on spring break to
complete the program.
